WearCraftDesigns Shipping Policy
At WearCraftDesigns, we take pride in the “craft” part of our name. Every item is printed or engraved specifically for you in our Fair Oaks studio. Because we don’t just pull items off a shelf, our shipping process includes both Production Time and Transit Time.

Production Times (The “Craft” Phase)
All orders enter our production queue once payment is confirmed and the design is finalized.
- Standard Apparel: 5–7 business days.
- 3XL – 6XL: 7–10 business days (due to specialized sourcing and handling).
- Laser Engraving: 3–5 business days.
Note: During peak holiday seasons, production may take an additional 3–5 days. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.

Shipping Methods & Transit
We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery from California to your door.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Note: This does not speed up the production time).
- Local Pickup is not available

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is printed, packed, and labeled, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status once the label is created.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Incorrect Addresses: We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. WearCraftDesigns is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or the designated shipper before contacting us to avoid additional delays.
