Welcome to WearCraftDesigns. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of wearcraftdesigns.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products or services from us.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, utilizing the Lumise design tool, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Custom Orders & Design Approval
- Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of designs submitted via the Lumise designer. This includes, but is not limited to, spelling, grammar, design placement, and image resolution. We do not proofread or edit your designs prior to printing.
- Final Mockup Approval: For complex or bulk orders, production begins only after your written approval of a digital mockup. Once approved, no further changes can be made to the design, garment style, or quantity.
- Intellectual Property Rights: By submitting artwork, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights or have explicit legal permission to use the imagery. WearCraftDesigns reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on a third-party trademark or copyright.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WearCraftDesigns against any legal claims, costs, or damages arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to your submitted designs.

Pricing & Payment
- Payment Methods: Full payment is required via WooPayments, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Master Card, American Express or PayPal before production commences.
- Taxes (California Residents):In accordance with California’s “origin/destination” hybrid rules, sales tax is calculated based on our base rate in Fair Oaks (7.75%), plus any applicable district taxes for your specific delivery address.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to fluctuations in garment wholesale costs or material availability.

Shipping & Delivery
- Turnaround Time: Our standard production window is 5–10 business days. This timeframe covers manufacturing only and does not include shipping transit time.
- Carrier Liability: All items are shipped through third-party carriers (UPS/USPS). WearCraftDesigns is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier errors, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds (Custom Goods)
- Final Sale Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-printed and laser-engraved items, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sizing errors, color preferences, or “change-of-mind.”
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If there is a manufacturing defect or we have shipped the incorrect design/size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. At our sole discretion, we will provide a reprint or a refund.

Limitation of Liability
WearCraftDesigns provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

Privacy & Data (CCPA Compliance)
We value your privacy. In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your order and improve Site functionality.
- You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
