No Returns on Custom Items
Because each item is custom-made to your specific requirements (size, color, and design), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing Errors: Please refer to our sizing charts before ordering.
- Change of Mind: Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
- Design Preferences: Issues regarding the placement or scale of a design that was approved in the online designer.

Manufacturing Defects or Damaged Goods
If we made a mistake (the wrong shirt color, a physical hole in the garment, or a clear printing error), we will make it right.
- You must notify us at admin@wearcraftdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include a clear photo of the defect and your order number.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Please be aware that screen colors (RGB) differ from actual print colors (CMYK). While we use high-quality Epson 8550 and xTool equipment to ensure vibrancy, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match to what you see on your monitor.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only permitted before the production process has started. Once your design has been sent to our printers or laser engravers, the order is considered “In Production” and cannot be canceled.
